Wishes and Blessings, a New Delhi-based NGO, held a mass wedding ceremony for 17 disadvantaged couples, including 9 visually impaired couples, on Sunday May 1 in Greater Kailash 2 of South Delhi at Guru Nanak Garib Niwaj Education Society .
